| This rental is for Mai 1st until the fall only but i am a bit flexible with the dates. It is for 1 personne only, the available bedroom is upstairs, you will have your own bathroom upstairs as well. Living room is upstairs as well as an infra-red sauna. The main one is downstairs where the other tenant is. The house and yard is to be shared and the 2.5 acre lot is entirely fenced. The lady who has the downstair bedroom has two mature Samoyede, they are very friendly and get along with other dogs and people. Sorry no cats. There are no bus routes near by you will need wheels. The place is all furnished, kitchen has all the basics you just need your clothing and personel items. There room to store a few things in the house but large items can stay outside inside the fence. The rent is on a monthly base, i will need 30 days notice from the 1st of the month if you decide to leave before fall. The rent is $1400 all included. Internet works great but is not unlimited. No smoking allowed, visitors are welcome but no overnight stays. It is a 7-8 minute drive to the down town core, located near the top of the south access road.
