One suite still available for April 29-June 21. I have 3 furnished, one bedroom suites in my newer basement that I rent to SaskPolytech students needing 8 weeks accommodation. $900-$950month/4 weeks. One block to campus with off street parking. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared by 3 and cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included plus wifi and laundry. Separate student entrance. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. Low tolerance for fragrance. A $200 security deposit is required for booking.
