| I have a room available in a three-bedroom townhouse located in Willowview Heights, Saskatoon. The house is fully furnished, so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything except your personal belongings. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. I occupy the master bedroom, the second bedroom is used as a home office, and the third bedroom is available for rent. The first bath room is in the master bedroom and the second bathroom is for your use. The rent is $900 per month and includes all utilities (water, electricity, heating) plus high-speed internet, and a parking spot. Minimum lease term is 3 months. Available for June 1st. The townhouse is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s a 7-minute walk to the closest bus stop (route 44). A plaza with various amenities including Safeway, Shoppers, Dollarama, Liquor Store, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Subway, Dental Clinic, and a Walk-In Clinic is just a 10-minute walk away. I work for SHA and my typical work hours are from 9 am to 5 pm. After work, I like to relax and unwind at home. I have two friendly cats, Appa and Leo, so it’s important that you are comfortable with animals.
