| Room Available in 2 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment - 4th Roommate Needed We are three men living toegther and have a spot available in a room in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and are looking for a fourth roommate to join our group. The available room is a good size and gets great natural light. The apartment itself is nice and recently renovated. It has an open-concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has newer appliances and decent counter space. We have a washer/dryer in-unit as well. Rent is $400 per month plus a split of the utilities (electric, wifi, preferably $35 - $40). We're looking for someone clean and respectful of the common areas. The apartment complex has great amenities including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse for residents. The gym has a variety of cardio and weight equipment. The pool is perfect for relaxing in the summer months. And the clubhouse has areas to socialize, study, or just hang out. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, bars, parks, and public transit options.
