| Hello, We are a large family looking for a 5 bedroom home in Regina. My husband works full time, I am a full time student at the First Nations University and his mother who lives with us is on the SAID Disability program. We have 1 dog, a 3 year old black lab, and 1 cat who is 6 years old. Both pets are trained, fixed, and chipped. We do not smoke, drink, or have parties. We are clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible. We have lived in our current home for 3 years, located in the southend. We do not want to leave the beautiful home we made, however due to major renovations that are needed on the property/ foundation, we sadly need to part ways with the rental. We are hoping for a fenced in yard, for our pets and our children, and maybe some parking space for two vehicles. We have references and our max budget is $2200 (utilities do not need to be included). The southend would be preferred, for school purposes. However, we are open to close surrounding areas.
