Je peux laisser l’appartement meublé (sans la télévision qui appartient à un ami) pour la personne qui prendra possession du bail si nécessaire. Je pars début Juin donc l’appartement sera disponible vite et je paierais le mois de Juin et le mois de Juillet donc vous ne devriez payer qu’à partir d'Août 2024. La gestion demande une enquête de crédit mais je couvre les frais pour ça aussi. C’est un nouvel immeuble à Laval dans le secteur Ste-Rose (entre Curé-Labelle et Chomedey, sur St-Elzéar Ouest), l’appartement est au 15ème étage, c’est un beau 3 ½ avec tous les électros, l’internet haute vitesse et l’Hydro inclus. Ça inclut une piscine intérieure, un sauna, un gym et pleins d’autres facilités pour les résidents! Ça va me manquer beaucoup mais je dois penser à ma famille en premier et je dois fermer mon chapitre au Canada pour une durée indéfinie. I can leave the apartment furnished (without the television which belongs to a friend) for the person who will take possession of the lease if necessary. I'm leaving at the beginning of June so the apartment will be available quickly and I would pay for the month of June and the month of July so you should only pay from August 2024. Management requires a credit check but I cover the costs for that too. It's a new building in Laval in the Ste-Rose sector (between Curé-Labelle and Chomedey, on St-Elzéar Ouest), the apartment is on the 15th floor, it's a beautiful 3 ½ with all the appliances, High speed internet and Hydro included. This includes an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a gym and many other facilities for residents!
