| Hello i want to warn everyone of renting with a man called Larry peace, i sign a lease of 6 months to see how it goes, it was hia idea also cause at this point i realize he get rifed of his tenants after 6 months due hes 74, hes retired and he always at home; still not a big deal for me BUT hes always with his bedroom door open seriously even for dressing up, same with the bathdroom, the place has 2 bathdrooms but the one he iñuse its in front of both bedrooms, he never close the doors, he smokes like crazy again not a big deal the matter its due his smoke he keeps windows barely open even when weather its cold; he plays music loud due he has hesring issues, his music its loud till 12am ( we had many arguings due this i also warn him about complaining on Internet which is why u got me here), he plays music loud even at the living room till 11pm to 12am; hes also very delicate if you move things like towels or dishes even a few centimeters, the man its basically ridiculous on how delicated he is , and as the cherry of the cake hes also dirty, if you ever go to take a look at his apartment take a look s the dishes. He keep them next the washer dirty specially the knifes, its kind of creapyz the list might continue but am tired, am just lettinf you know the most relevant; forget about the idea of staying longer than 7 months, he cancel the contract at the ending due he is uncomfortable of us realizing he is ermit and nobody visits him, personally i dont mind and i dont judge him, but thats the reason why i think his tenants dont last longer |
