| Hi everyone, I have to leave Quebec at the end of May for work reasons and am therefore looking for someone who I can transfer my studio lease to. The studio can be occupied from June 1, the lease ends on August 31 with the possibility of renewal. The studio is well located in downtown, at about 7 minutes walking distance from three Metro stations: Concordia, Atwater and Georges Vanier. The rent is CAD 1045 and includes hot water and internet. A laundry service is available in the basement of the building. The studio is equipped with a stove and refrigerator and has two exit doors to leave the building by two streets (by the way the studio is on the second floor, no elevator needed to access it). According to the building administration, by leaving before the lease expires, I have to find a potential new tenant who will be evaluated by the administration. So I'm in a hurry to find a prospective tenant as soon as possible (in addition to preparing for my departure from the province!!!). I won't have time to get rid of all the things in the apartment, such as the double curtain rod holders and the curtains. I could leave them to the person who takes over the lease. |
