The apartment is in St. Henri and very close to Westmount. One block from Lionel Groulx and very near Atwater making it very easy to commute anywhere. The apartment also has one parking spot available as well (125$/mo). There is a laundry washer and dryer in the apartment. Landlords are very easy to deal with and neighbors are friendly. Internet and hydro included. There is AC. Start date will be July 1. Looking for 2 female, non-smokers who are quiet and responsible to share we one other female. References and interview a must.
