| Large 6 1/2 apartment in Griffintown to share with two roommate from June 1st until end of August, with possibility of being added to our lease after if you’re a good fit. The apartment is on the second floor, and has a big terrasse in the back with stairs that bring us down into a shared backyard. Washer/dryer on site. We both speak French & English. No cats. Possibility of your dog being OK on some conditions (I have two dogs with me when im in town; they need to be social/mostly quiet/not to potty inside.) Caged pets OK if in your room. Please note that the amount we're paying for Hydro will change in sept. If you stay, this means your rent amount will also change then. Perks of the location: - Metro groceries store, Lulu’s fresh pasta bar, Couche tard, Pattes et Griffes + many other stores all within a 4-5mins walk. - Metro Lucien L’allier (Bell Center) is a 7-10mins walk from here (orange line) - 10 mins from l’ETS - 7mins from two dog parks and the canal Roomie(s): Sam(antha) (she/her) is a 29 y.o lego loving dance teacher and groomer, and occasionally has her senior Yorkie living with us - his name is Andre and he’s very sassy but harmless. Sam is either gone or hidden in her room most of the time. Chloe (she/her) is a 29 y.o dog trainer/dog sitter. Comes with two 35lbs meatheads whom are both 7 y.o and very very calm. She will be spending most weekends out of the city, but will be there a few days per week for work. The room is available in JUNE with some flexibility to move in beforehand.
