| Hello! I am moving out of Montreal at the end of April and am looking to transfer my lease. The rent for the room is $565 including all utilities except for internet. A bit about me and the apartment: I am a graduating student and moving out of Montreal at the end of April. My roommate also studies and works in Montreal. We share a 3.5 (one bedroom apartment) in the heart of downtown. It is steps away from the Guy-Concordia metro station and close to all stores, restaurants, as well as Concordia University and McGill University. We have turned the living room of the apartment into a second bedroom. My roommate lives in the second bedroom/living room, and I live in the closed bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom is shared This lease transfer is for the closed bedroom. The room is fairly spacious with a walk-in closet and wooden floors. If you are interested, I can also sell you some or all of my furniture (bedframe, mattress, desk, chair, and side table). We are looking a woman who is clean, responsible, and respectful. My roommate will be moving out on June 6th and will be looking to transfer her portion of the lease at that time to a new person as well. If you are only interested in renting the room from May 1st to June 6th, we can discuss this option as well. The lease for the entire apartment finishes July 31st and is up for renewal.
