| Hello everyone, Greetings! I am currently a student at UQAM in Montreal. I am excited to share (sublet) a cozy one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of downtown. Situated just a 10-minute walk from McGill University and only 5 minutes from Place des Arts, the apartment boasts a convenient location. The apartment, located on the 9th floor, offers a stunning view of the city and features a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The big bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a study desk, and tables. In the living area, there is a twin bed separated from the rest of the living room by a curtain. The apartment is meticulously maintained, and the building provides excellent services. Rest assured, there are no pests or insects in the building. The apartment comes fully furnished, and all utilities (eve an air conditioner), as well as internet access, are included in the rent. I am eagerly looking for a housemate to share this wonderful space with.
