| I have 2 rooms available in a 4-floor student house near McGill campus, corner Stanley / Docteur-Penfield. The house has tons of beautiful architectural details and lots of large common spaces throughout the house. Availability is for July 1st, for the summer or the whole school year. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 living rooms, a dining room, included washer/dryer, and a large commercial kitchen. On the balconies, you will find a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ available for use. Finally, we also have a small weight lifting gym with some basic dumbbells/barbells available to all tenants. There are a total of 8 rooms. The 6 current tenants are McGill and Concordia undergraduate students. This is a fraternity house so they are looking for students that are pretty social. All rooms have tons of sunshine, you'll have your own private sink/vanity. Rooms can be fully furnished: you'll have a double bed, dresser, desk and chair. A cleaning service is included for common areas, every 3 weeks. The house is close to all amenities: 3-minute walk to McGill campus, 6-minute walk to Peel metro, 10-minute walk to Concordia campus, 18-minute walk to ETS. Everyone has a key to the front door and their own individual room key. Private off-street parking is available for an extra fee. Rent is $790/mo, fully furnished.
