L’appartement est un 5 ½, la chambre est présentement non meublée, mais il y a possibilités qu’on offre un lit et matelas si intéressé. Le reste de l’appartement est complètement meublé, incluant un salon et une cuisine toute équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse disponible aussi! Pas d’autres animaux accepté, l’apparte est non-fumeur et nous avons une cours privée pour nos petits Bbq cette été. Station Joliette à 5 min à pied, Station Pi9 à 10 minutes à pied, 20 minutes du centre-ville en métro (McGill, Concordia, UQAM), Rue Ontario avec épiceries, bar, restos et boutiques à 8 mins à pied.
