| Our house has 5 furnished bedrooms for University or College Students. All of the current Tenants living at the house are University students. We currently have 1 Large Furnished Master Bedroom with a walk-in closet available for rent as of September 1, 2024. The house is very clean and well maintained. We include, at no additional charge, the services of a Cleaning Lady who cleans the entire house every 2 weeks. The house is a 15 minute drive to the University of Ottawa and the downtown core of Ottawa. If you have a car, parking is available at the house for an additional $75.00 per month. If using Public Transit, there is a bus stop in front of the house. The bus trip to downtown Ottawa takes approximately 35 minutes. The entire house is smoke-free and is available for non-smokers only. Our minimum Lease Term is one year, which runs from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025. The rent includes all utilities (Water & Electricity) and also includes the use of the following items: - Air Conditioning - High-speed WI-FI - Large screen SMART TV in the Living room - Refrigerator / Freezer - Double-Oven Stove - Dishwasher - Washer & Dryer - Swimming Pool - Large Patio in Back Yard with Bar-B-Q All Students who rent rooms in our house tell us it is the best student accommodation they have ever had/seen and our rental prices are extremely reasonable.
