| Private furnished room for rent to a single occupant. Located in North Tryon, about 5 minutes from Borden and right on the highway and across from a bus stop that goes to and from Charlottetown (See T3 Rural Routes). Rent is $700 per month due at the beginning of each month. Private room comes with a deadbolt and key. Everything is included in the rent price (heat, water, electricity, and wifi). The 2 separate kitchens downstairs are fully furnished with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The two living rooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchens are all shared between boarders. We are living upstairs so currently only 1 other boarder sharing the kitchen/bathroom. Central laundry available. Boarders are responsible to provide their own pillows, bedsheets, and laundry detergent as well as clean up after themselves in shared spaces. No smoking, drugs, alcohol, or pets in the home.
