| Only looking to share apartment with a woman, this is a 2 bedroom, will only need for you to bring furniture for your room (we split everything 1/2 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc electric cable/internet.) Perfect for a UCD undergrad, young professional or grad student who does not party late or let people sleep over without roommate's permission. I'm myself a UPEI student in my Early 20s females who's relaxing, and quiet study time after 8pm on weekdays. Apartment will be available July 1st.
