LOCATION: Dufferin Street and Martin St (Halfway between Eglington and Rogers) 10 - 15 minutes away from Dufferin station depending on in you take the regular bus or express bus. RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to me. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA. RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant and one of the leaseholders RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.
