| We are renting 2 rooms in our house in the north side of the city by petro n tim plaza. Both rooms are furnished. Washroom will be shared between both the tenants renting the rooms. Utilities, parking, wifi n laundry included. Routine cleaning of washroom n rooms will be required. Kitchen will not be shared, so you can either get tiffin service (avg tiffin service is 200 per month with 20 days meals, no weekend meals) or get food included as a paying guest (PG : punjabi vegetarian food). Occasional use of kitchen is allowed though. Rent is 700 and PG is 950(full month food including rent). No room sharing, 1 person per room only. No smoking, drinking, pets or visitors allowed. References MAY BE required from previous landlord and work place. |
