Right now, there is a desk. (Please include this in your message if you want furnished or not) **Please note, it is located in the basements with windows. Tenant must keep the house clean while living so it would not require a big cleaning operation (Tenant is responsible for the cleaning). Along with regular cleaning, the tenant must dispose of garbage properly.
