Description
Not a rooming house. Please note, with great care. I rent absolutely only to students who attend the Niagara College Welland Campus or, if you have a car, Brock University students or Niagara College students studying at the Niagara on the Lake Campus and not to any other people. Firm and final. New students for September 1st or returning students. An atmosphere geared to your academic success. Landlord will be available for a showing by appointment. One room available September 1, 2024. Room one, Size: 8 1/2' X 11 1/2' and upstairs. Party House? No. Very high graduation rate? Yes. I am a male living in house landlord. The house is my own home. Because of my health concerns, I lean very heavily to accepting applicants with two vaccinations for covid-19. This is to protect current renters and myself. This is Mandatory. Also I do not allow renters to cook using turmeric powder not even a little bit at all. The tolerance, is clearly zero. Price is firm and not negotiable. First and last month's rent payable on accepting the room with post dated cheques. This is my twenty second year renting to students. My Responsibility? To ensure a safe, clean, and quiet environment to help you achieve your career goals. I want to see you graduate. One renter per room. Central air conditioning. Both males and females welcome. My top Priority? To provide a home away from home for Niagara College Welland Campus students only, where they can realize their full potential and reach their academic success. House is located on city bus route #502 which goes right into the Welland Campus in 8 minutes and stops facing the Black Walnut building. If you walk to the Campus it is a 15 to 20 minute walk. With no damage deposit needed, I offer leases for four months, eight months or longer. Free parking on the driveway for at least two cars. With two full bathrooms, I offer fully furnished bedrooms with locks and carbon monoxide detectors in each student’s room. There are carbon monoxide and smoke detectors throughout the house. Rent includes all utilities as well as free use of the laundry washer and dryer, plus Cogeco unlimited wireless high-speed internet, cable TV, use of fully furnished kitchen, fridge, and a cupboard for each student. You also have use of the living room and dining room areas. Renting to students since 2002, I am committed to providing a clean, safe, quiet environment to maximize your academic efforts. Five minutes from Food Basics and a Rexall pharmacy, ten minutes from a walk-in medical clinic, I strongly suggest meeting with parents/guardians if possible. Male and female references available. Nonsmokers only – Not negotiable. No use of cannabis in any form at all, including consumption. You may drink outside, but strictly no drinking in the house or on the property. E-mails are welcome, phone messages are returned. Please leave your phone number, as I do not have caller display. Video calls are not available. Text messages will not be answered as this is a lan line home phone with an answering machine and not a mobile phone.
