I am offering my place for someone who needs to be downtown Monday to Friday only. I am away during the week and back only on week-ends so you would need to be away on Saturday & Sunday. You would have use of the entire apartment during the week, with all the existing furniture and furnishings. All utilities are included, with Bell FIBE tv and unlimited high speed internet too. Unfortunately NO pets and NO smoking allowed. It is in the condo rules and by-laws. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and clothes. I am looking for AAA tenants, available immediately.
