Available for sublet only July 1 - September 15 in a wonderful and central residential neighbourhood in East York (Coxwell & Danforth) with easy access to downtown via nearby subway and the Beaches. Great for a family spending the summer in Toronto! Or for someone transitioning to Toronto, or doing a renovation. I stayed for 2.5 months and had everything I needed. Carla was very responsive when I had questions. She's very helpful and the house is in great shape. The neighbours are also lovely. I would highly recommend this home. My kids loved it too.” A well-behaved dog is welcome (no cats please, we are allergic). House will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before you arrive. $3,200 per month (for 2.5 months = $8,000) plus $300/ month for utilities, wifi and parking). Will require $500 for refundable damage deposit, ID and references.
