| Sunny cozy solarium available for rent (preferably female roommate) in a 2 bed + solarium apartment. Start date is Jul 1st, could negotiate earlier date. The room will come partly furnished (with bed and mattress). There is an in-unit washer/dryer. This is a sublet for 2 months, but there is the option to renew the lease. You will share the unit with two other roommates (also students). One bathroom will be shared with one of the roommates. This apartment is on the Bay and Gerrard intersection, walking distance (10 mins) to UTSG campus. The area is very safe, and there is security in the building as well. College Park is located right behind the building, and we have Metro (with 10% student discount on groceries), Loblaws, Farm Boy, Rexall, Shoppers Drug mart all within walking distance. All utilities are included, but wifi is shared between 3 roommates (~$20 each per month). I require the 2 months of rent upfront (or, proof of employment).
