Our roommate, Adam, holds the lease. We pay him. He pays the landlord. The Landlord lives in the house next door. Lease terms: - Available now - You will sign a roommate agreement - First and last month's rent required You pay our roommate who holds the lease. You will not be added to the lease. We have landlord permission to do this. Good location in a nice neighborhood with good people and one cat. 420 friendly - we smoke weed in the house, NO cigarettes indoors. LGBTQ+ friendly. Shared spaces: - Backyard w/ deck, BBQ, garden - Full kitchen - Enclosed front porch with dart board - Fully furnished living and dining room - Adam’s tv in the living room has cable (with sports!), Netflix, and Amazon Prime You: - pleasant, clean up after yourself, respectful - like the idea of beer and darts on Friday nights (we have a few people over weekly to play darts/games, listen to music and drink beers) - 420 friendly Us: I'm a graphic designer working as a client services manager at an accounting firm. I live in one of the three upstairs bedrooms, next to the available room. Leila and Jeremy share the other upstairs room. The four of us (including you) share the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs roommate is Adam - nice Newfie musician into sports and wrestling. We're all in our mid 30s, working on various schedules. Very chill, low drama household. 420 friendly but we keep the house clean; it's not a trashy party house. You'll be expected to do chores regularly to keep common spaces clean. The living room is pretty central and Fridays we gather, drink beers and watch tv (usually sports and Jeopardy!), play xbox, darts, and/or board games together (hoping for a person who would be happy to join in!). The rest of the time, Adam will usually have UFC, wrestling, baseball, basketball or hockey on the tv - sometimes all at onc. It's a mix of interests and we're all accepting!
