| Hi I'm looking for a roommate to live with me in a condo. It's newly built condo located at 543 Richmond in fashion/financial district and had many good restaurants, and stores nearby. The room is on the smaller side being roughly 9x9 feet but it comes with a large private bathroom. There is also a ~80sqft balcony that I don't use. The common area will be shared between us. I'm in the process of furnishing the living room with a table, couch and TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, and microwave. |
