| I am seeking a reliable roommate to rent the third room in an apartment located in the High Park area. The ideal candidate is someone who values cleanliness, respects shared spaces and is great with communication. Enjoying arts and crafts night is also a bonus! I am looking for someone to move in for June 1st. Rent: $1040 + hydro and wifi **About the Apartment:** - Our apartment is on the top floor of an older house. We have a private entrance that we share with one other person, whose apartment is also on the level next to ours. Being in an older house means rent control! - There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The room available will be unfurnished, however, the living room is completely furnished. - We have in-unit laundry, a window A/C, and a dishwasher and each room also has a ceiling fan. - We are minutes from High Park and Line 2 and about a 10 - 15 min walk from the lake, Loblaws, Starbucks, and many shops and restaurants are within 5 mins of us. Currently, there are two of us who live here. Myself (29F) and my other roommate (25F). Our third roommate is in the process of moving out. We met in Film School! We enjoy reading, themed arts and crafts nights, cozy switch games, and dissecting films/television shows. |
