| 1 Private room available (unfurnished)-$1350 (1 room available) (WiFi included) About me: Single Male professional in his 30’s. Works in healthcare in leadership development and real estate on the side (realtor). Pretty social by nature (enjoys the odd drink with friends at a bar or trying a new restaurant) but enjoys time to himself and nights in as well (i.e. reading, watching NetFlix, gym). I generally like to keep my space clean and not cluttered. I try to cook most of my meals vs ordering in. I generally don’t have many friends back at my place, I usually end up going out to their place or just to a restaurant or a local bar. Hobbies & interests: gym 2-3 times a week, avid cyclist & volleyball during the summer months (at Woodbine beach or Polson Pier in a league), Raptor’s fan, self-development, checking out cultural events around the city (i.e. mostly food and music). About you: male or female professional/university student (undergrad or graduate) at George Brown, TMU (formerly Ryerson), University of Toronto. Enjoys being social at times, doesn’t mind having a meal together during the week (not necessary) depending on our schedules. Is generally clean and organized with your space and is respectful. Generally doesn’t cook as much (if you do, we need to coordinate cooking times). More of a quiet person who spends more of their time in their room. Expectations: No overnight guests on weekdays please but feel free to have a friend or two over during the day on occasion is fine. Shared common living area and BBQ and terrace. About the building and Neighbourhood: Brand new building! Huge gym, yoga studio, free weekly fitness classes, co-working space with meeting rooms and large board room, party room, games room, bike locker. Located at the corner of River and Dundas so you can take the Dundas streetcar (505) to get to Yonge and Dundas Square within 15 mins (access to Yonge Subway). Super close to the Community centre for free swimming and the running track and soccer field as well. Skating rink a 5 min walk as well.
