| Hello!! I have a fully furnished room available for 6 months- up to 1 year with an opportunity to extend. The room is a private room in a 2 bedroom apartment, fully furnished with desk, queen size bed, dresser, and lights. This is a shared apartment with in-suite laundry, dishwasher, microwave, Rogers Fibe wifi, and backyard with BBQ. This room was my guest bedroom, and used only when guests came over. So, very little wear and tear on the Kingsdown mattress. Parking is available, but by city permit and street parking. There is a 24 hour streetcar line 1/2 block from the house, on Ontario and Carlton. There is also 3 subway stations close by, College/Sherbourne/Castle Frank. There are several amenities and grocery stores within walking 5-10min distance like Loblaws, No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Food Basics, Farm Boy, LCBO, etc.. and lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Metropolitan University, U of T, George Brown, etc.. I'm a 40 something year old professional woman, who works 3 days in the office, and 2 days at home. You will be sharing the space with my 17 year old Mainecoon cat. He is pretty territorial, so no extra pets please. I enjoy cooking, going to events, and have a pretty busy lifestyle with work and social events; however, I do love being home too. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you will have access to the equipment etc.. like Instapot, microwave, airfryer, pots and pans, etc.. This unit is best for someone coming into Toronto for school or temporary work. Happy to send you more photos and meet you! $1000 + $100 (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, Tide Pods & shared household goods), electric and wifi= $1100/month. OR $1000, if you want to supply your own goods (toilet paper, olive oil, spices, laundry soap etc.) First and Last months deposit, please provide references. Now renting from July 1st, 2024 onwards. |
