| One fully furnished very large bedroom (18’x14) is available in this very spacious, high-ceiling detached house in the Junction with a very wide sunlit garden/ backyard. One of the most sought-after places to live in, with an incredible variety of stores and a mall within walking distance. This bedroom is a very cozy and large space with direct sunlight coming from the door, exit to the garden, with double-sized bed, closet, dresser(s), night table(s), desk, chair, reading lamp, mirror, bookshelf, filing cabinet, carpet, among other things. For one person only. The house has a rare loft-like feel in a 2019-renovated kitchen, dining room and large family room area (and patio) with multiple windows, direct sunlight since there is a small quiet parking lot beside it, as well as a very rare wide backyard with grass and a ton of direct sunlight all day. Ideal for forgetting the cooped-up feeling in far smaller homes. Separate living room with 55-inch TV. Many plants cozy up the loft area. Sadly, we no longer have the cat, and cannot have pets :(... We are currently 4 roommates (3 male, 1 female), with the new roommate we would be 5. However, the house is so quiet that it feels like we are only 2. Kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry in the main 4PC bathroom on 2nd floor. 2PC bathroom on ground floor; 3PC bathroom in the basement. Off of a very quiet street, very close to a main street. Located near Keele subway station (15m walk max, a 1m walk from 4 frequent buses get you there in 4 stops, or one stop with the Express bus, almost no waiting for transit). Close to literally ALL facilities you can think of: multiple grocery stores and supermarkets (NoFrills, Walmart, Metro, Freshco, Organic Garage, Sweet Potato), restaurants, billiard lounge, small shops, Stockyards Mall (Bulk Barn, HomeSense and 17 other major stores), the Gym, BestBuy, Shoppers, LCBO, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, etc, etc…and of course High Park. Price includes electricity, water, heating, and highest-speed Internet (1000Mbps). Availability: May 2nd to May 26th only. Extra storage space, if needed. A little extra depending on amount stored.
