Extra chest freezer space available. - Limited additional storage space located outside in the workshop. - Secure, clean, safe, quiet house, smoke free, bug free living accommodations with security system installed at the entry door and backyard. - - WHAT’S INCLUDED: all inclusive room rental which includes the following : ( anything not listed you are required to purchase yourself ) all inc rent is: heat, gas, hot water, cold water, sewage water, central air, rent, high speed wifi internet, laundry usage ( washer and dryer ) , private small fridge / freezer , all cleaning supplies are included and available for you to use, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap in bathroom and kitchen, microwave, and basic kitchen items such as spatulas, slow cooker, baking pan, pot and frying pan. Also includes paper towels , blue recycle bags and garbage bags. No need to worry about buying these items unless you want to as it’s all included. All cleaning supplies are underneath both sinks in the home and are available 247 for you to use to clean. And limited additional storage out in the workshop for you to use, and access to the backyard included in rent. BBQ will also be available to use once I purchase one for out back. Patio furniture in the backyard is available for you to use in the backyard located by the fire pit. 1 car parking space, if needed. - ITEMS TO BRING: items to furnish your room/ chair / bed etc and your personal kitchen and bathroom items like Dish, cup, cutlery, plate, food, toiletries like shampoo and bathroom soap. Towels, dish towels so you can wash your dishes. The rental is shared by myself and I rent one room to a single 25 year old male. Both of us are ft employed and live independently. Each person is required to immediately clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom and adhere to a cleaning schedule as well as, a laundry schedule. These schedules will ensure no conflict for anyone waiting to use the clean kitchen, bathroom or laundry without delay. I am also willing to hire a weekly house cleaner, and we will split the cleaning bill 3 ways. Open to discussion. My ideal roommate is ANYONE responsible! No discrimination!
