| Room Available in a HOUSE We have the main floor of a house which has three bedrooms. One room is available for July 1st 2024. The rent is $1000 each PLUS utilities. The utilities on average are about 100$ each a month for internet, electricity and HVAC. and every 4 months we pay water which is about another 50$ each on average. The utilities will be higher if you are not careful with how much electricity, water, HVAC you are using. We are two best friends living here - a male and a female - with our pets. We have a cat and a dog. You MUST be pet friendly to live here. We will NOT be accepting any more pets though. Two is enough so we are at our max. You will be on a month to month renting basis with us. You must give 60 days notice if you want to vacate. You must pay first and last months rent before moving in. You will be expected to: - be a dependable and trustworthy roommate - help with cleaning around the shared rooms (living room, kitchen and bathroom) - keep your own room clean - assist with yard work and other home maintenance tasks. We have a backyard and a front porch. The whole house is furnished so you only need to move in your own room. The room is not furnished.
