| I'm subletting my room (may instead transfer lease) for the summer and since I will not be in the country over the summer it will be fully furnished, it's on Sweetland Ave and I plan to rent it from May 1st to August 31st. - It's just a 5-minute walk from campus and a quick 12 minutes to Loblaws for all your grocery needs. - The rent would be $800 a month, and that covers everything - utilities and internet. - Furniture would include the essentials like a twin bed, a clothing rack, a box organizer, a desk and desk chair, and a few other misc. like a laundry bag, trash can, etc. - Roommates are pretty chill and would like to meet whoever is subletting a bit before they move in to see how the vibes are we'd also prefer a female tenant to keep the living situation comfortable and harmonious. - I will be posting pictures of the room unfurnished and I will DM anyone interested with the furnished pictures if you would like I could even let you come in to view the room before you make your final decision |
