| I aim to share my three-bedroom apartment with a roommate. A private bedroom, which can be furnished or unfurnished, is available. The roommate or I must purchase a new boxspring and mattress. A twin-size or queen-size (adjustable) metal bedframe(s) can be used. Access to a shared office, two desks, two office chairs, and shelving ~ with a balcony view are included. Two expedition-grade foldout chairs make sitting on the balcony or at local parks pleasant. Various light sources provide illumination for work or armchair reading. The roommate gets their filing cabinet for their exclusive use. The lounge has a hide-a-bed couch with a matching chair. The dining room has a wooden dining table with four chairs. A glass table in the kitchen has an additional six chairs (to be stored?). The large bathroom has a tub/shower - mostly yours, as I use it rarely. I have a small washroom in my private bedroom for my sole use. As a roommate, you can access shared amenities to enhance your living experience. Four air conditioners, four air purifiers, four air humidifiers, half a dozen fans, and two space heaters provide comfort. We also have three stand-alone freezers and the freezer above the main fridge, four microwaves, a Keurig and a Nespresso, and a drip coffee maker, all of which we can share. There is also a toaster oven, two food processors, and a professional-grade blender, which we can use. There are many dishes and utensils for use and washing by hand in a single kitchen sink, making it easy for us to maintain a clean and organized space. Note that there are some portable plastic sinks with drains, which ease dishwashing. There is a TV with a DVD player on a TV stand. There is also a Netflix-specialized Viseo TV for use in a bedroom or office. If you wish to use shared storage space, a shared storage locker may take some time to empty partially. Outdoor parking is available to the roommate, but we will likely arrange this with the landlord through me. A written Roommate Agreement outlining the responsibilities and expectations of both parties is a necessary part of our living arrangement. This agreement is designed to ensure a respectful and harmonious cohabitation. The apartment building is strategically located, offering an indoor heated pool and gym, with Goodlife Fitness and Fit4Less just a few minutes away. You'll find a bowling alley, billiards hall, strip malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops all within comfortable walking distance. Note: I am currently in the process of reconstructing my apartment to improve our living conditions. Please be aware that the photos of the current condition will change as I continue to enhance our space. |
