| I am a 59 year old male, and on Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). I am searching for a room to rent, long term, starting ASAP or May 1st. The rent for May becomes available on April 30th or possibly sooner. Willing to make a security deposit towards the last month rent of $300, and I need an intent-to-rent letter to present to my ODSP worker, who will process this request and issue the money (May's rent) as a direct deposit to the landlord.
