I would prefer a responsible working professional (male or female - doesn’t matter). This is a rent-controlled building so no crazy hikes when the lease renews. You must be tidy and do your fair share to upkeep the apartment and pay rent on time. I am a young male and work full time weekdays in the trades so no one is home during the day which is perfect for hybrid workers. Apartment is on the 16th floor of a secure building. Has fridge, stove, dishwasher, shared bathroom and outdoor balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. Bedroom is not furnished. You will have free access to the gym and pool.
