Conveniently located near downtown, Ottawa General Hospital and Riverside Hospital, CHEO, University of Ottawa, Carleton University, and RCMP. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and chair, and access to common areas including bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and laundry. Homeowners live on the premises in the basement.
