| **open to students only** Hi! I am subletting my bedroom in a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment at 1Eleven student living on the 12th floor. The apartment is pre-furnished with a couch, coffee table, Roku TV, TV stand, 2 wardrobes, a personal desk, desk chair, and bed. There are also 2 closets. The building is a 5 minute walk from the uOttawa campus and uOttawa LRT station and 2 minutes to Elgin Street. Move-in for May 1st, move-out August 26th! My roommate is also subletting from May to August so 2 people can apply if you have someone you already want to room with. The rent is 990 all-inclusive for each room (there are no additional monthly bills) and the building features include a gym, yoga room, study rooms, a huge communal kitchen, and a lounge area in the lobby with a pool table and ping pong table. Laundry is available in the building. Parking is also available at an additional cost. There is also a restaurant attached to the building called Cumin & Pepper. Overall it's a great option for any students who will be in Ottawa for the summer!
