| Hello! Looking to sublet 1 furnished room in a 3bed/1 bath apartment from June 1st (start date is flexible) to the end of August, with possibility for extension. Rent is $730 + $50-$60 in utilities and wifi. Unit has AC and in-unit laundry. Normally the rent is $875 but I am offering a discount for the summer. If you decide to renew, the rent will be $875 starting in September. The apartment is 10 minutes from UOttawa and 20-30 minutes from Elgin St and Bank St. Really nice, quiet neighbourhood and close to the canal! You will be living with 2 very nice female masters students. Ideally the tenant is a woman, clean and also a student/working professional.
