| I’m Aria, Hello :) Thanks for checking out my ad on Kijiji. I’m a single 36yo woman seeking a pet-friendly lakeview guest house or walkout basement apartment between Chartwell Rd/Trafalgar and Bronte Harbour in Oakville. I am originally from the GTA area and moved to South-Western Ontario in 2022 to learn about farming and explore country life. It’s been a wonderful experience that I’ve really enjoyed. I currently live in a 1 bedroom walkout basement apartment with my Golden Retriever Rio (M) and two small house cats, Ellie and Dakota (both females) near Grey County. My pets and I are friendly and quiet, and are looking to relocate to Oakville starting December 1st, 2024. I work full time in alternative education as a curriculum developer/educator and have company that specializes in sustainable lifestyle design for adults and families. Although my original thought was to find a high rise apartment near Bronte Harbour, I have decided to post this ad to see if anyone living on the lakefront (or nearby areas) is looking for a long-term renter. My ideal rental would offer 1-2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a large-ish living room, at least 1 bathroom (with a bathtub), a fenced in yard, outdoor space to grow vegetables/herbs, and full coverage of amenities (hydro, water, and internet) within the rental agreement. A space that is non-furnished would be best as I do have my own home decor and furnishings. It would be great to find landlords with an interest in gardening and entrepreneurship who enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. If you have pets of your own, great! My dog is super friendly with other dogs, and would be delighted to have friends to play with. I’m also happy to pet-sit when needed.
