| Looking for a roommate for my current tenant who is residing in my 2 bed 2 bath condo, steps away from the yorkdale subway station and walking distance to yorkdale mall. This is an extremely convenient place for someone that needs to travel for school. It's a quick 20 min train ride to downtown, york university, ryerson & uoft. Parking is included and right off the 401. Currently I have a tenant there who is residing in 1 room, and has the outside washroom allocated to him. He is going to school and working part time. He is looking for someone who is relatively quiet, clean, and someone that is social but not too much of a party person. We are looking for someone that can reside in rhe master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom. You will also get a locket along with 1 parking underground. I will give you a chance to meet with my current tenant who is a wonderful gentleman and I would rather him stay and split the cost with another individual, hence why I am helping find a professional and nice person myself. Looking for A+ tenants. We will check credit scores and history. We will ask for an employment letter, last 2 paystubs and reference from last landlord and employer. Tenant will pay half for all utilities,including hydro, Internet, their own tenant insurance and cable if required. First and Last month's deposit will be required. |
