| Please read entire ad before contacting me (and only folks I’m interested in I will be contacting back). For rent to ONE SINGLE PERSON (I will not rent to couples). Two private bedrooms in my home, both located upstairs (this would be ideal for a bedroom and then a living / workspace). My bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room are located downstairs. I generally only go upstairs to access my storage space so this will very much be private for you. Close to Lakeshore Drive / Main Street and all amenities. Walking distance to parks and public beaches. I have a private fenced in back yard and covered seating area. Cigarette smoking is to be done outside only but my house is 4/20 friendly. I am looking for a working professional. No people who are unemployed or “between jobs”. No students. NO PETS. (I am allergic to cats and have two dogs of my own). My dogs are friendly but if you’re not a dog person this isn’t the place for you. Included is: - One parking spot. - Laundry facilities - One window air conditioner - Use of kitchen appliances (stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) - Utilities: Water, Gas, Wifi, Hot water tank - The hydro will be split 50/50 between you and I. I do have some furniture but would really prefer that you bring your own. Willing to negotiate. You must have good references. Proof of income required.
