| Hello! I'm a 26-year-old male looking for a roommate to share a two-bedroom basement apartment located on Simcoe St., Niagara Falls. I'm seeking someone in their mid-twenties who is LGBTQ+ friendly. The monthly rent is $1600+Hydro, which includes all utilities and internet. Please note that the rent will be split 50/50 between both tenants. I personally pay for the internet (45mb down, 15mb up) which you will receive for free. Apartment Details: Rent: $1600+/month (including utilities and internet) split evenly between the tennents.
