Rooms have curtains, closet organizer, bed, desk, chair, hooks and a full length mirror. The larger room has a queen bed, two night tables w lamps and a walk-in closet w organizer. Both rooms have gorgeous huge windows and the house gets tons of natural sunlight! Is a great location for Carleton and Algonquin students! House also has a huge backyard with 7 raised garden beds and we have a beautiful 1yr old puppy here as well. (So must like dogs :) Three full bathrooms and a communal tv room. Rent includes all utilities, laundry use, kitchen use, high speed unlimited internet, toilet paper, laundry, paper towels & cleaning supplies! Parking is available at extra $50/mo Food isn't included, but you will have dedicated shelf space in the fridge, freezer and cupboards for your stuff! No smoking. No drinking. No drugs. No pets.
