| Replying to your "room for rent" ad I am interested, here is information about me: I need a parking space for my small Honda Civic. My ethnic, career, income and credential: I am a Cantonese speaking Chinese Canadian grew up in Toronto as a teenager and a retired electronic technician with a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Toronto. I have steady and secure income, I will not lose my job and unable to pay my rent. Income statement is available on demand. I have an Equifax Credit Score of 802 which is rated as "excellent". My past residence: I sold my 8-year old condo in downtown Toronto, moved to Mississauga for cleaner air and less traffic congestion, In the past 10 years I have been living in a leased condo in the Square One area. I have downsized to a rooming house with a short term lease. My landlords said I am the best tenant ever, reference is available. My belongings: I have a single bed, a 6' folding desk, a 3'x2' table, a CRT TV, a microwave oven, 2 hot water dispensers, 3 mini frig (20" x 20" x 36"), I need to have them in my room for convenience. My cooking habit: I do very little cooking, I eat the same meals everyday: Oatmeal in the morning (done in my microwave oven) and chicken and rice in the early afternoon (all done in a rice cooker). I will not cause traffic congestion in the kitchen. My lifestyle: I am quiet, youthful looking, most people think I am in my 40's, and I feel, talk and act as if I am so. I always keep my home spotlessly clean, I spent my time on the computer, listening to music, watching my collection of movies/films from a projector, posting music videos in Youtube for fun and passing time and go exercising/jogging in the woods twice weekly. My desired living environment: I like a room with big and sunny windows, a clear, uncongested shared bathroom with a sparkling clean bathtub. Gym or in the vicinity of woods.
