A 4 minute walk to the University of Ottawa and 12 minute walk to the Canadian National Institute of Health. There are also bus stops that can take you throughout the city, including Carleton University. The penthouse suite is securely located on its own private floor with amenities like the gym, basketball court and penthouse lounge (it has a kitchen, pool tables and ping pong tables) just steps from your front door. There are multiple study rooms throughout the building, perfect for students! For those moments of down time there is an art studio, music room and movie room. Theo offers a variety of theme nights - Be sure to check out their socials for more information on what’s going on throughout each month. The penthouse suite itself has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, main living area and bathroom are on the first floor, meanwhile the bedrooms and additional full bathroom (with laundry) are on the second floor. The penthouse suites are the only apartments at Theo that have multiple floors, so it’s a nice perk and provides additional privacy. Rent is $1,863 UTILITIES INCLUDED and FULLY FURNISHED. You would be taking over my lease at this price so it is a great deal considering all of the amenities! My lease ends in August, but there is the opportunity to extend the lease at this incredible rate! Just bring bedding, towels and cookware and you’re all set!
