| BRIGHT, SPACIOUS, RENOVATED, SUPER CLEAN AND FURNISHED ROOM – Main floor in a house. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with only one other student and there is a large Dinning and Living room shared area. The house backs onto Sarnia Rd (between Western and Wonderland), and there is direct access to Sarnia from the backyard. The bus stop is right at the door step: 12-15-min walk to campus, or 3-minute bus ride. All amenities and shopping are within walking distance. Home has a valid City of London Residential Rental Licence and we make sure the place is well maintained. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO RECREATIONAL DRUGS, NO PETS and NO COUPLES. The room is strictly for ONE person only. We are ONLY looking for “serious” mature students who want to concentrate on their studies. Mature International students are welcome. Landlord looks after all maintenance needs. Lease Term: Please contact us if you are mature student who is willing to start from June/July 2024. Rent: $845 for 12 months term (June 2024-May 2025).
