The upper level features an open concept design that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. You'll also find a large pantry for all your food storage needs, an office or study area, and another semi shared bathroom on this floor. The lower level boasts a spacious bedroom with plenty of natural light and ample closet space, as well as a fully finished living area and a full bathroom. Additionally, there is abundant storage available in the lower level. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the fire pit located within our expansive fenced backyard oasis! Or unwind on cozy nights on our inviting front porch. The space would be shared with me- however with my 3 jobs as a flight attendant, nanny, and bartender, I have a busy schedule that allows for plenty of alone time- and very interesting stories over dinner! *Must be okay with animals as I also have a small, hypoallergenic dog and two small cats. All 3 of which crave affection, so if you are not an animal lover this will not be an ideal situation for you!* My ideal roommate would be somebody who is laid back, has similar interests as me. I would prefer to live with somebody that I could also be friends with. Your rent would be $1200 per month, and we can split the bills OR work out an all-inclusive fixed term.
