| Two main floor bedrooms are available to rent in large 6 bedroom house in Lindsay. Close to Fleming College. Tenants will require transportation as there is no bus service at house location. It is about 5 km to the college. House is furnished, but bedrooms are not. 12 month lease to STUDENTS only. All others do not email/call. House has two full kitchens and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is on the outskirts of town on Highway 35. One room is $625.00/month inclusive and other room is $575.00/month inclusive (slightly smaller than first room).
