Beautiful large reading area with fireplace and leather couch and plenty of room to ad a desk & chair for a student. Plus a grocery pantry & fridge. Shared large open concept kitchen & living room. The house is located on a quiet street court and backs onto a beautiful forest and pond with many Nature Trails perfect for morning walks/runs. I am looking to rent the room for a minimum of 4 months with possibility to extend after August. All utilities, AC, high speed internet, laundry and parking (car only) included in the price of $1,080 (FIRST & LAST) Easy access to the expressway, 2 minutes walk from a bus stop, and 10 minutes walk from two different shopping complexes (including a Walmart, Sobeys, GoodLife gym).
